In PROEMPAQUES S.A.S., we elaborate flexible packaging meeting standards of safety and quality; oriented to the satisfaction of our customers. We establish risk management as one of the foundations for decision making and development of our activities with advance preparation for events that jeopardize the continuity of the business. Our Human Talent reflects their commitment and training, evidencing continuous improvement in the processes that support our management systems.
We are committed to the protection of the environment and sustainable development in the development of the operation; we work to minimize the possible environmental impacts that may be generated as a result of the activity, through the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System in compliance with legal requirements, pollution prevention and continuous improvement of environmental performance.
Together PROEMPAQUES S.A.S. is committed to the protection and promotion of workers' health, ensuring their physical integrity through risk control and continuous improvement of processes. All levels of management assume responsibility for promoting a healthy and safe work environment, complying with current national regulations applicable to occupational hazards and Colombian legislation, involving stakeholders in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and allocating the necessary human, physical and financial resources for the management of health and safety.
The programs developed in PROEMPAQUES S.A.S. will be oriented to the promotion of a preventive culture and self-care, the intervention of working conditions that may cause accidents or occupational diseases, as well as the control of absenteeism and emergency preparedness. All employees, contractors and temporary employees shall be responsible for complying with safety standards and procedures in order to perform safe and productive work. They will also be responsible for notifying in a timely manner, all those conditions that may generate consequences and contingencies for employees and the organization.
PROEMPAQUES SAS declares that, having identified the international supply chain, it has carried out a previous analysis, evaluating in a systematic way; which has allowed it to identify the inherent and residual risks of the activities inherent to it. The company declares its commitment to develop, maintain and demonstrate continuous improvement in the processes that ensure the international supply chain. We will build programs to mitigate risk, so that the company is not used in illicit activities related to: Drug trafficking, Smuggling, Money laundering, Financing of terrorism, Drug trafficking, Trafficking of substances for the processing of narcotics, Terrorism, Arms trafficking, Impersonation and any other situation identified as a potential risk.
In PROEMPAQUES SAS; we are committed to maintain and improve the System of Self-Control and Risk Management of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (SAGRILAFT) in our operations, in order to prevent the company from being used for illicit activities related to drug trafficking, smuggling, money laundering (LA), financing of terrorism (FT) and financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (FPADM); to protect the good name and business capacity of the company. Defining activities that allow us to identify warning signs and establish a clear methodology to control a possible infringement, with the active participation of business partners linked to the company.
In PROEMPAQUES SAS; we are committed to compliance in accordance with the Data Habeas Data Regulations of Article 15 of the Political Constitution, the Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and the Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013 and other rules that modify or complement them; which aims to regulate the procedures for collection, handling and processing of Personal Data that the Company performs in order to ensure and protect the fundamental right to the protection of personal data in the development of the activities having the necessary resources.
